How It Works

Connect Intervals.icu

Link your Intervals.icu account via OAuth or API key. Your credentials stay encrypted — AskMyCoach never stores your raw workout data.

Add the MCP URL to Your AI

Paste your personal MCP URL into Claude Desktop, Claude.ai, or ChatGPT. Your AI assistant can now query your training data directly.

What AskMyCoach Actually Does

Think of AskMyCoach as a real-time translator. When your AI assistant asks "show me this athlete's activities for the last two weeks", AskMyCoach translates that request into the Intervals.icu API format, fetches the data securely, and returns it in a way the AI understands — all in milliseconds.

No workout data is stored on our servers. Every request goes directly to Intervals.icu and the result is returned immediately. AskMyCoach only stores the access credentials and your permission settings — nothing about your training.

Share Access with Your Coach

Invite your coach by email. They get a dedicated MCP URL that gives them access to exactly the tools you choose — no more, no less. You can update or revoke their access at any time.

Granular permissions

Enable read-only access, write access, or any combination per tool. Your coach can view activities but not modify your calendar, or vice versa.

Instant revocation

Revoke coach access with one click. Their MCP link stops working immediately — no need to change any passwords or tokens.

No account required for coach

Your coach doesn't need to create an AskMyCoach account. They receive a direct MCP URL they can add to their AI assistant right away.

One URL, all athletes

If a coach works with multiple athletes, one MCP URL covers them all. Each athlete independently controls what the coach can see and do.
